Using the Dashboard

🧭 Dashboard Overview

When you log in to Province Payroll, you’ll land on the Dashboard. This is your command center — the place where you’ll find shortcuts to the most common tasks in the system.

🔧 Layout

The app layout stays consistent across Province Payroll:

• Navigation Sidebar: Use the sidebar on the left to navigate between key sections like Dashboard, Run Payroll, Payments, Employees, Earnings, Deductions, and Vacation Pay.

• Business Button: Click the business button in the top right of any page to access your Business Settings, Profile, Onboarding, and Sign Out.

• Help: Click the Help link in the bottom right corner for quick access to our contact information and support options.

📋 What You’ll See on the Dashboard

Payroll & Employee Shortcuts

• If you have an open pay run, you’ll see a “Go to Open Pay Run” button.

• If you don’t have an open pay run, you’ll see a “New Pay Run” button instead.

• You can also click “Add Employee” to start setting up a new employee.
